Card for a Film Lover

Movie Birthday card1

This is a card I made using a Scrappin Doodles Digi Scrapbook set.  It was for a colleague who's daughter is mad about films.

I used my newspaper design template for the base of the card and then jiggled around with the various elements of the digi set until I was happy with the design.

The tickets, clapperboard and exclusive elements  are simple decoupage layers using foam pads (from Poundland), as is the popcorn box, which I have glammed up with Anita's 3D clear gloss finish. To make the popcorn stand out I have used Anita's 3D Dimensional Glossy Paint. The card is completed with a scattering of small silver star confetti.

  6. My mistake!

The photo was taken before the name on the seat was put right. It was simple to rectify and no one was any the wiser!

You may have noticed too the great blobs of wet PVA glue round the stars - thank goodness it dries transparent!

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!

Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
