Lady Bird Card

My intention was for this to be a Good Luck card, but no matter where I tried to put the sentiment it just looked pants …. so I left it off.

The paper is My Minds Eye, Jack and Jill “Be Happy” range.

The leaf is embossed and punched using a large Woodware punch I got at the NEC Hobbycrafts in March.

Looking at the pictures now of the finished card …. I think  I should have used a bigger ladybird, the proportions don’t seem quite right. …… hmmmmm back to the drawing board!

  1. But ladybirds are tiny, so I have to say, I'm thinking yeah, well done - fab card.

  2. Sorry I think you are wrong - the ladybird is the perfect size! Great card.

  3. i agree with the other commentors... the ladybird is in proportion to your leaf - unless you wanted a ladybird that has been to sellafield LOL... Love that leaf punch btw.

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!

Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
