Birthday Candles Card

When I started to blog this card and looked at the photos with fresh eyes it looked too plain and unexciting… a bit of a nothing effort really!

So I went back to the drawing board and added a few stars which have given the whole effect a lift and much more of a party feel.

The candle stickers are from Paper Cellar, I’ve had them for years and thought it was about time I put them to use.

    I love the card before the stars wee added, but you're so right - the addition of those stars really does lift it a lot.
    I was having a conversation yesterday about things we'd all like to do within our lifetime... one of my choices was:
    I want to dive into Helens stash and then steal just a little of her amazing imagination and creativity...

    Ah, well... I can but dream *lol*

    This is lovely. I love all of your stuff. Have recently started buying stickers because of your blog and I dont even make cards!! (lol)

    I had a blogpost update from your site for a set of altered drawer that you bought but when you click on it, it says its not found...?

    Sorry - abiut that - I have scheduled the altered drawers but not posted yet. It must be something I need to change in my set up

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!

Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
