Hmmmmm

Yesterday  I went to see the completed benches that are part of the “Park Your Yarn” installation in St. Peter’s Gardens in Wolverhampton and which was commissioned by Wolverhampton Art Gallery. I had knitted several strips and had taken part in one of the workshops ……Park Your Yarn St peter's Gardens Wolverhampton
…… and I know that it has been very wet, but have to admit to my disappointment in the end results….. I have seen some incredible knitted installations that have taken my breathe away ….. but this isn’t the “woolly wonderland” I had imagined

I’ll just leave it at that!

    The whole bench covered would've had more impact - with some fiddle farty hanging pom poms or something! x

    a little sad you could have just wound wool around the planks and it would have looked the same not a great instillation big love Marc

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!

Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
