I used black flat backed gems to the eyes and mouth stuck on the E6000 glue, to make sure they don’t drop off …….
When I mess about trying to decide where to put the tiniest and most insignificant of flat back gem I call it Fiddle Farting, hence the name of the blog!!!

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!
Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
A perfect use for the white baubles. Can't wait to see what you do with the others.
ReplyDeleteHi Helen. My favourite winter character today, and so easy to make, I love him. Looking forward to seeing what you do with the red and silver baubles. Take care.

ReplyDeleteHe is absolutely the cutest, his nose really does give him such a cheery personality! And good thinking too using the flat backed gems for the eyes and mouth, that is very clever I must remember that - he'd make a lovely gift for anyone, boxed up in a clear box with some shredded tissue paper...
ReplyDeleteHe's soooooo cute - am really tempted to get the kids started on xmas decorations now. Oct hols are too early to start & the Dec hols start too late!
ReplyDeleteOh how clever Helen! Yet another great idea :)

Another great idea - I love him on his 'back' in the top of the jar LOL!
ReplyDeleteHelen - for the red ones do a Santa motif!! Put a black ribbon around it and then finish with a little silver square with a smaller black square inside. I made some last year and now I wish I still had one or at least have taken a picture!! Thanks for all your posts!
