I wanted to put a little Christmas magic in the bedroom where Iris sleeps when she stays over, something she and Bertie will have Christmas memories of when they are grown up. When I was a child we always had a nativity stable made from an old Bank’s beer crate, it was something that was always there and I can still vividly remember now.
When I mess about trying to decide where to put the tiniest and most insignificant of flat back gem I call it Fiddle Farting, hence the name of the blog!!!

Christmas Scene In Large Wooden Lantern

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!
Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
So cute and festive. I am certain this will be remembered for a long, time as Nana's magical Christmas scene.
ReplyDeleteThe lantern looks lovely, it could have different, seasonal items inside it making it a permanent feature.

It's wonderful Helen - you have such amazing ideas! The children will grow up remembering their Christmas scene forever. Good luck with finding more things to go inside - I'm sure your band of followers will join in the hunt!
