...... as I put it in place against the skirting board in my lounge area I remembered some tiny wire lights I had, so I carefully wrapped them around the trees, door and fence with this result. I then looked along my festive shelves and found this little ceramic figure of Mother Christmas, who was in perfect proportion to the house. I was so chuffed with the how it all came together, which further added to the enchantment when Iris and Bertie saw it ........ I am sure I can add more to the scene, perhaps a street lamp, a robin etc. but that will have to wait until next year!
When I mess about trying to decide where to put the tiniest and most insignificant of flat back gem I call it Fiddle Farting, hence the name of the blog!!!

Thank you for wanting to leave a comment. I HATE verification and apologise for the extra bother it causes, however, if I don't have it I get all sorts of dubious spam added and the comments would be bogged down utter ***p!
Occasionally I get comments on posts from several years ago, again, I have to apologise, copies of TEMPLATES etc. that I once offered are now NO LONGER AVAILABLE, when my last computer died, I lost everything and decided not to replace any them.
You've created such a sweet little scene. I'm sure the children loved it. Merry Christmas to you!
