Date Book with Pockets

I wasn’t sure what to call this little book …. it’s a bit of everything really.  I’ve made it using my Bind It All and have put in twenty pages that I have edged with doodled lines.
Date, Note & reciept Book
On the first page I have put a complete Anita’s calendar tab, but on the next twelve pages I have split the tab up so that I have one month per alternate page.
Date, Note & receipt Book 1
On the other page, I have made a small pocket to put receipts, tickets, etc. in.  I am forever looking for receipts and scribbled pieces of paper with phone numbers on …. I thought  this would be a handy way of keeping them safe.
Date, Note & receipt Book 2
I’ve then decorated each page very simply with punched flowers etc. because I didn’t want the book to bulge
Date, Note & receipt Book 3
The back pages are for addresses, birthdays etc. I have just handwritten the titles on them and left the rest of the page blank.

Just Lovely :-) I made something similar last yr. for my Dad, a birthday book, with pockets, so cards can be placed in readiness to send off, now a birthday is not forgotten :-)

Lovely cute book. Might have a go at this one myself. Got myself a pg tips monkey today - not the same as your monkey, but when I saw him in the supermarket, I couldn't help but think of you, and monkey, and somehow he ended up in my trolly - oh, along with the tea that seemed to come free with him :)

What a great project. I really don't use my Bind it All enough. You may have inspired me to get it out and have a go at one of these. Thanks for sharing your ideas.x

I would love to make this as a christmas present for my mom!
Can you let me know where I can find a list of materials you used? or can I easily find it on your blog?
I love making something very personal.

Many thanks!
