All I have done is take the back off the tag and trimmed it ever so slightly, then mat and layered it on blue, gold and a patterned Let It Snow paper.
I have added a pom pom and a gem holly berry to his hat, a couple of punchie snow flakes and my own doodles on the plain blue paper.
