Cards Using Foil Stickers

Foil Flower Stickers 2
Both these cards are made using ribbed effect Kraft card, and part of a text patterned 12 x 12 paper, mat and layered on purple mirror card.
Foil Flower Stickers
The stickers are raised foil with flat backed gems and cost £1a pack from a funny little discount store I found in Brixham when on holiday last year, needless to say, I bought several packs!

Little Patchwork Cakes Card

Mini Cakes card
This card uses my 9 scalloped square template – ideal for using very small stickers.
Patchwork Cake Card
This time I’ve used a packet of cake stickers I bought from Tesco ages ago.  I think they cost £1.

All I have had to add is a small flat backed gem to each cake.

Cute Pussy Cat Card

Pussy Cat Card
Kitten cards are always popular.
 Cute Pussy Cat Card
I’ve used Pop Up Fuzzies from Craft Planet which have a lovely fuzzy texture – they cost 99p for a pack of 8 – not brilliant value when using four on a card.

Born To Shop Card

Do you remember these smiley face stickers I bought a while ago?
smiley face hologram stickers
Well this is what I have done with them, I’ve been a doodling!
Born To Shop card 1
Trying to get a picture of the finished card was a nightmare because of the hologram effect in the stickers, I’m afraid this is the best I could manage.
Born To Shop card 2
If I say so myself they are kinda cute!

A Very Bejewelled Card

Bejewelled card
I’m not sure if this is a Christmas or Birthday card, I reckon it could be used for both!
Picture 043
I’m trying to use up several packets of these embellishments that I have had for ages as part of my economy drive!
 Bejewelled card 3
I’m not too sure if there isn’t just a little too much bling on this card though, I’ll put it in my box and see if it goes.

Beep Beep Card

Beep Beep Card 3
These stickers are so cute and I thought they would be great for boys cards, something I don’t make a lot of. The stickers are made from a felt type fabric and cost 99p a pack.
Beep Beep card
I’ve used pages from a road map book that was free with one of the daily papers for the background paper cut with a scalloped square punch because the proportion of the print is perfect with the cars.
Beep beep Card 4
The card is finished by mat and laying  the centre part on silver card.

Birthday Candles Card

When I started to blog this card and looked at the photos with fresh eyes it looked too plain and unexciting… a bit of a nothing effort really!
Birthday Candles Card
So I went back to the drawing board and added a few stars which have given the whole effect a lift and much more of a party feel.
Birthday Candles and Star card
The candle stickers are from Paper Cellar, I’ve had them for years and thought it was about time I put them to use.

Snappy Birthday Cards

I feel a bit guilty about having a Giveaway and no crafty post …… so this is so that no one’s disappointed!!!
Snappy Birthday Cards
These are the stickers I bought earIier this week. I just  loved these crocodile as soon as I saw them (99p a packet)
Crocodile Stickers
I’ve got three cards from the pack so far, which is pretty good going, as I still have the other animals left, but inspiration is eluding me on them just now.
Snappy Birthday 1
All I’ve done is add googly eyes to the crocs to give them a bit more character.
Snappy Birthday 2
And I have handwritten the sentiment.

Gymnastics Card

Cards Oct 007
I made this card for a little girl who is potty about gymnastics.
I apologise, because I can’t remember the brand of the background paper, but the stickers are from Mrs Grossman.  I used three strips of self adhesive ribbon across the card, placing four stickers on each row and making sure that either the gymnasts hands or feet were positioned approximately in the middle of them.
