I’ve used an ivory linen card for this design as it is subtler than white and then have mat and layered on gold.
The scalloped squares are punched out from the pages of an old weathered dictionary and the black faceted hearts are from Hobbycraft.
A card for someone who loves words or reading?

Lovely - I have to get a scalloped square punch - your cards always look so lovely with these!
really pretty and effective.
Maybe i could use one of my smaller square nesties to get a square small enough to put 9 on a card. i've not tried yet.
