I love jewellery and while I was away in Brixham at the weekend I went to drool rather unfetchingly in my favourite jewellery shop window …

Just look at this tiara!!!! Sigh, sigh, sigh, sigh, sigh!!!! The shop is so full of beautiful dainty type objects of my desire that if I was asked what I would like ….. I really, really wouldn’t be able to choose ……. just to touch it would be enough!

My family all come from Brixham... are the old railings still there, all bent back? My great-great-great grandfather Charles Jones bent the railings whilst out walking one morning, after finding a young lad impaled upon some. He was arrested for his 'good deed'. lol.

Wow those jewels are fab! I've not been to Brixham for years but we used to love going to the linen shop (Brixham textiles)? for towels, tea towels etc. Proper service and parcels tied with string - sounds a bit Julie Andrews - sorry!
That Tiara is amazing! I might need to take a trip there from up here in Scotland. I'm getting married next year, and that Tiara would be PERFECT! Uh-oh, I'm in love!! (with the tiara.. oh, and my hubby to be I suppose - but maybe this tiara slightly more!! ha)
